Welcome to MeroGyaan! By accessing and using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. MeroGyaan is dedicated to teaching children about Nepali culture, traditions, and language through interactive Zoom classes, structured curriculums, and expert guidance from our experienced teachers.

1. Agreement to Terms
These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MeroGyaan. By registering for or using our services, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, please refrain from using our platform.

2. Services Overview
MeroGyaan provides interactive, live Zoom classes for children, focusing on Nepali culture, traditions, and language. Our structured syllabus is thoughtfully designed to ensure progressive learning while keeping children engaged and motivated.

Key features include:

    * Expert teachers with specialized training in Nepali education.
    * Carefully crafted curriculum tailored to different age groups.
    * A holistic approach that blends language learning with cultural immersion.

3. Class Policies
Attendance: Regular attendance is essential to ensure progress. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring the child attends classes at the scheduled times.

Behavioral Expectations: Students are expected to maintain respectful and constructive behavior during classes. Any disruptive behavior may result in a warning or suspension.

Technical Requirements: It is the responsibility of parents to provide the necessary tools for attending classes, including a stable internet connection, a working device, and access to Zoom.

4. Payments and Refunds
    * Payment Terms: All payments for classes and subscriptions must be made in advance. MeroGyaan offers flexible plans to suit your needs, including monthly and annual subscriptions.
    * Refund Policy: After completing the demo class and making the payment, refunds will not be issued. This policy is in place to uphold the quality of our services and resources.
    * Subscription Renewal: Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Customers are encouraged to review their subscription settings to avoid unexpected charges.
    
5. Privacy and Security
MeroGyaan is committed to safeguarding your personal information.

    * Data Use: Personal data collected during registration or class participation is used solely for educational purposes and is not shared with third parties.
    * Content Protection: Recording, sharing, or distributing class content is strictly prohibited without written consent from MeroGyaan. Any violations may result in legal action.

6. Teacher Expertise and Educational Goals
Our teachers are carefully selected for their expertise in Nepali language and culture. While we strive to provide the best educational experience, progress depends on the active participation and dedication of students.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, including syllabi, teaching materials, and multimedia resources, provided by MeroGyaan is the intellectual property of MeroGyaan. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of this material is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
MeroGyaan will not be held responsible for:

    * Technical issues, such as internet disruptions or hardware malfunctions.
    * Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
    * Any outcome dependent on the effort and engagement of the student, as individual results may vary.
  
9. Program Updates and Changes
MeroGyaan continuously improves its offerings to enhance user experience. We reserve the right to update our curriculum, schedules, or pricing as necessary. Significant changes will be communicated in advance.

10. Termination of Services
MeroGyaan reserves the right to terminate a user’s access to services for reasons including, but not limited to:

    * Violation of these terms and conditions.
    * Misuse of the platform, including sharing or reproducing proprietary content.
    * Non-payment or fraudulent activity.

11. Governing Law
All matters relating to our Platform and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Virginia, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of Virginia or any other jurisdiction). Venue for all actions related to these Terms shall be in courts located in Norfolk, Virginia. The parties consent to the personal jurisdiction and subject matter jurisdiction of such courts. Furthermore, the parties waive any defenses of lack of personal or subject matter jurisdiction and improper venue concerning the validity, enforceability, and any resulting damages or injunctions from breaches of these Terms.
